Description Lemon Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs (or whatever you prefer)
- brown onion
- lemon herb seasoning
- honey
- chicken stock (salt reduced)
- white wine (optional)
Sauce (leftover juices):
- flour to thicken
- more honey
- NZ Westgold butter (what I used)
- garlic paste like 1/4 tsp
