Description This song and video was written, recorded and produced by a group of young people whose parents have experienced mental illness. They support each other through the Kids With Confidence program and this song and clip represent for them how they felt before and after getting the support they feel through the group. This workshop was conducted over 2 days as a collaboration between Bendigo Health and SoundED.
